Position: Clerical Administrator
JOB REF#: 42295 - 62077
Duration: 7+ Months (Contract)
Location: ONSITE - Nashville,  TN 37243
Pay Rate: $18.22 per hour (W2 Only)

** This role is 100% ONSITE**

HOURS: MON-FRI 8am-4:30pm / 7.5 hours per day/max 37.5 hours per week (max)

Administrator will participate in extensive training for 6 weeks pre-scheduled, IN-OFFICE (by supervisor request). You can't miss any training (Time off request will be denied during 6 weeks of training), you MUST attend training every day to build proficiency. 

Responsibilities:
ˇ  Determine individual and family eligibility for our Client’s care programs.
ˇ  Assist in coordinating and communicating schedules to internal/external Clients.
ˇ  Conduct client interviews, collect facts and information, and compile case data to provide recommendations to an attorney.
ˇ  Timely management of casework, including proper documentation and case resolution.
ˇ  Provide legal research, analysis of legal papers, and draft legal documents. Document findings accurately.
ˇ  Work efficiently / effectively in multiple databases to extract information.
ˇ  Attend workgroup meetings and participate in discussions.
ˇ  Assist leadership team, as necessary. 

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
**MUST be able to work ONSITE full-time Mon-Fri**
ˇ  Education: Bachelors or Associate Degree (REQUIRED)
ˇ  2 years of experience providing administration, coordinating client schedules, data entry, creating documents, email coorespondenes.
ˇ  Proficient writer able to send clear, concise emails, including timely responses
ˇ  Strong note-taking, email organization and distribution skills
ˇ  Strong verbal and written communication skills
ˇ  Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
ˇ  Excellent communication skills
ˇ  Proven skills/experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Outlook)

DESIRED SKILLS:
ˇ  Any experience as a Legal Assistant OR Law Clerk, Paralegal or Paralegal studies
ˇ  Work experience in a Legal environment (Legal Assistant, Law Clerk, and/or Paralegal)
ˇ  Customer service or call center experience
